HIM ruined it ...

Wicked Games happens to be one of my all time favorite songs. And the extremely erotic video on the beach in black and white is probably one of the most sensual videos ever. The girl has beautiful eyes and Chris Isaak looks incredibly hot. Perfect.

A second attempt at the song by this band called "HIM" was just foolish. The cover sucks to the core. The video made me feel sad and angry. Set in a black and blue backdrop, the men and the women look the same, dressed in shiny black leather, long hair, excessively dark make up. A lot like the band called 'The Rasmus' (goth-rock, death-pop whatever). All 'em bands look, sing, sound the same. I don't see the point in the whole thing, why turn a perfectly harmless little romantic song into their usual trash?
